The Iberian products Encinares are made in a traditional and artisan way. They are coming from 2 years old pigs eating acorns for 4 months in Extremadura and Huelva.
Ingredients: Meat of Iberian pig, fat, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, sugar, phosphate (E-451) and conservatives (E-252, E-250).
Available pesos: From 0.5 Kgr up to 0.7 Kgr for piece.
