The Iberian products Encinares are made of traditional form and artisan.
They come from pigs with fourteen months of age, in the Dehesas of Extremadura and Huelva.

Ingredients: Loin of Iberian pig, pimenton, salt, natural spices, antirust (E-300, E-301) and conservatives (E-252, E-250).
